These terms apply to internet services, bill payments and product purchases from Friends Digital Fiber Networks (FDFN). By using this website you agree to them.

Internet packages are billed monthly in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), including VAT where applicable. Paying a bill extends your connection for the number of months you pay for, starting from your current expiry date or from the payment date if the connection has already expired.

Connections that are not renewed may be disconnected automatically after the paid period ends and are reconnected as soon as a payment is confirmed.

Advertised speeds are the maximum speeds of the package. Actual speed can vary with network conditions, Wi-Fi coverage and the devices used.

Payments are processed securely by SSLCommerz. A payment is complete only after SSLCommerz confirms it; you will see the result and transaction ID on screen and in My Account.

You must make payments only with payment methods you are authorised to use.

Product prices are shown in BDT and are confirmed at checkout. Delivery charges depend on the delivery area and are shown before payment.

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. We usually deliver inside Dhaka within 1–3 working days and outside Dhaka within 3–7 working days.

The service must not be used for illegal activity, network abuse or reselling without written permission from FDFN.
